Pick the depth that matches the goal.

Three engagement tiers. Single-channel for one focused discipline. Multi-channel for founder-led brands across platforms. Full content operator for the founders who need someone to run the entire content engine. Scoped honestly. Priced transparently.

Who this is for.

Founders, coaches, consultants, and practitioners ready to commit fully to one focused discipline - the one most likely to move the needle for their business - before expanding. If your audience is on LinkedIn, you start there. If you have a list, you start with email. If your patients are on Instagram, you start there.

The discipline of doing one channel deeply is what makes the other channels work later. Most founders skip this and wonder why nothing compounds.

The channels you can pick.

LinkedIn personal brand Email marketing Instagram TikTok Facebook Paid social (single platform)

Pick one. We go deep on it for 90 days minimum. You expand to Tier 2 only if and when the first channel is producing.

What I actually do.

End-to-end ownership of the chosen channel. Strategy, content production, daily execution, reporting. Not a posting service - a system that produces leads, calls, or revenue from that one channel.

  • Strategy + positioning rebuild - voice, pillars, ICP, content angle
  • Calendar planning and content production for the chosen channel
  • Daily execution - posting, engagement, optimization
  • Where relevant: DM funnel scripting, lead routing, intake handoff
  • Weekly review (30 min) - what worked, what's next
  • Monthly report tied to actual outcomes - leads, DMs, revenue, opens

What you get for the money.

One channel that pays for itself, then keeps paying. For LinkedIn personal brands, that means qualified DMs by month two and discovery calls by month three. For email, that means flow revenue inside 30 days. For organic social, that means measurable follower growth and DM volume by week six.

/02 - TIER 2

Multi-channel.

Multiple channels working together. Compound growth, integrated execution.

Who this is for.

Founder-led brands where one channel isn't enough. Healthcare practices that need Instagram + paid social. E-commerce stores that need email + paid + organic. Coaches whose audience is split across LinkedIn and Instagram. Founders running both a personal brand and a company brand.

The work isn't four times Tier 1 - it's integrated. Each channel does what it does best, feeding the others, sharing creative, compounding signal.

What integration actually looks like.

Most "multi-channel" agencies just blanket-post the same content across four platforms. That's not integration - that's lazy distribution. Real integration looks like this:

  • Organic content on Instagram is built specifically for Instagram, with TikTok and Reels-native cuts of the same source material
  • Best-performing organic posts get amplified as paid ads - they already have engagement signal, so CPMs drop
  • Email captures the audience that organic introduced and converts them with sequence-driven offers
  • Paid retargeting picks up the website visitors that email and organic generated
  • Each channel knows what the others are doing - no duplicated effort, no wasted asks

What goes into the monthly retainer.

Volume scales with the mix you pick. As a baseline for a typical Instagram + TikTok + paid social engagement:

  • Content strategy + integrated channel calendar
  • 15 in-feed posts/month + 8–10 reels/month per primary platform
  • Daily Stories on the founder-facing platform
  • Full Meta Ads management - 6 new creatives/month, 3-tier retargeting
  • Email/newsletter integration where relevant
  • DM funnel scripting and intake handoff
  • Weekly review + monthly P&L by channel

What you get for the money.

Channels that compound on each other. Most clients see a 2–3× audience increase across primary platforms in 90 days, with paid ROAS climbing alongside organic engagement. The integration layer is the difference between paying for four mediocre channels and paying for one channel system.

/03 - TIER 3

Full content operator.

The whole engine. Multi-brand, multi-platform, podcast operations, systems building.

Who this is for.

Founders running content franchises - multiple brands under one personal name, podcasts as a distribution engine, audiences that need to be served across 4–6 platforms. Advisors, coaches, and B2B founders who've outgrown "find me a social media person" and need someone to actually own the operation.

If you're spending more time managing your content team than directing strategy, you're a Tier 3 client. The job here isn't more output - it's removing the management burden.

What "full operator" means in practice.

It means I take ownership of the content engine. You set priorities and approve the calendar. I run the rest.

As scope expands

Each brand gets a distinct voice across the platforms it actually lives on. Same operator, different cuts. The system is what holds it together.

What goes into the monthly engagement.

  • Content strategy + calendar - across all in-scope brands and platforms, reviewed weekly with you
  • End-to-end podcast operations - guest pipeline, briefing materials, recording coordination, AI-driven clip extraction, multi-platform clip publishing, audio distribution to Spotify and other podcast platforms
  • Pre-launch hype campaigns - clips, trailers, teasers, LinkedIn live-event drops with registration drives
  • Multi-platform repurposing - one core piece of content (podcast, talk, article) becomes 6–10 native assets across platforms
  • LinkedIn network management - outreach, engagement, network nurture (incl. Valley or similar tools)
  • Strategic outreach - outside podcast booking, speaking opportunity sourcing, article placement
  • Multi-website maintenance - routine updates, banners, featured links, CTAs across the brands' sites
  • Brand voice management - keeping each brand's voice cohesive but distinct as the portfolio grows
  • SOPs + templates - documented systems so the engine runs consistently and scales
  • Tooling recommendations - workflow improvements, AI tool integration where it accelerates output

What you get for the money.

You get your time back. Most Tier 3 founders are spending 10–15 hours a week coordinating content, guest scheduling, website changes, and brand follow-up. By month three, that should be down to a 30-minute weekly review and a monthly strategy call. The win isn't more content - it's more leverage.

The KPI categories I work to: weekly execution rate, podcast operations on-time, repurposing output volume, audience growth + engagement, thought leadership expansion, website + brand maintenance, systems documentation, and - most importantly - your own coordination time falling.

/ THE HONEST PART

What I don't do.

Nine reasons we might not be a fit. I'd rather lose your inquiry on this page than waste a discovery call. If any of these apply, don't book.

Hourly work.

Everything is scoped, retainer-based, monthly. No timesheets. No "can you also do this real quick" pricing.

30-day trials.

Minimum engagement is 90 days. The work doesn't show up sooner - anyone telling you otherwise is selling you a story.

White-labeling for agencies.

I don't do back-end work for other agencies or consultants. The clients I take on, I work with directly.

Generic content packages.

Nobody gets a templated content calendar. If your brand looks like everyone else's, that's the thing we have to fix.

Pre-revenue businesses.

If you don't have product-market fit yet, marketing isn't the problem. Spending on me would be a misallocation of your runway.

Local SMBs under $1K/mo.

The math doesn't work below the ICP threshold. Better operators serve that bracket - I'll point you to one.

Crypto, gambling, adult.

Not a moral judgment - a fit issue. I don't have the playbooks for these verticals and won't pretend I do.

"Just post" engagements.

If you want a content scheduler, you don't want me. If you want strategy + execution that ties to outcomes, that's the work.

Onboarding 5+ clients/mo.

I cap new onboardings at 2 a month. The work needs depth - depth needs time. You'll always know if I'm at capacity.

/ ALTERNATIVES

Not the only option.

Hiring me isn't right for everyone. Here are the four real alternatives, with the honest trade-offs of each. If one of them fits you better, that's the answer.

OPTION A

A big agency.

$8K–$25K+/mo · multi-month contract
  • Capacity for very large accounts
  • Established case studies and team
- TRADE-OFFS
  • Junior team executes, senior team sells
  • Multiple stakeholders, slow approvals
  • Templated playbooks per vertical
OPTION B

A cheap freelancer.

$300–$1,200/mo · usually no contract
  • Cheap up front, low commitment
  • Fine for very basic posting needs
- TRADE-OFFS
  • Often learning on your account
  • No strategy layer - just execution
  • Disappears when something better pays
OPTION C

Hire me.

$1K–$5K+/mo · 90-day minimum
  • One operator end-to-end, no handoffs
  • Strategy and execution, not one or the other
  • Three engagement tiers, scoped honestly
  • Real receipts, live links to client properties
- TRADE-OFFS
  • Capacity is ~2 new clients/month
  • Won't take wrong-fit work, even when offered
OPTION D

Hire in-house.

$50K–$120K/yr · plus benefits, equity, tools
  • Owned headcount, full availability
  • Right answer at scale
- TRADE-OFFS
  • Hiring/training cycle = 3–6 months
  • One person can rarely do all four disciplines
  • Hard to fire if it doesn't work
/ FINAL

Pick the tier that fits.

Or send me a brief and I'll tell you which one I'd recommend - even if the answer is "none, here's who you should hire instead."
